Introducing the Guadalupe River's First Private Fishing Lodge, the "Guadalupe River Lodge".

In The Hills Fishing Excursions has recently opened, the Guadalupe River Lodge. The lodge is located 7.5 miles below Canyon Dam in nationally famous Trophy Trout Zone, on the banks of the Guadalupe River, the southern most trout fishery in the U.S.

Guadalupe River Lodge will accommodate 4-6 angler per night. The lodge has three guest rooms, each with Cable access and Wi-Fi. You'll be treated to a memorable Southern breakfast at the lodge, and to lunch and refreshments on the boat. In the evening the fishing tales are told in the large common area or on the patio overlooking the river.

The evenings we will be spent learning casting, tying techniques or just relaxing around the fire place telling fish tells.

There are plenty of other activities in the area also. A short trip to Gruene, Texas for music & dancing at Gruene Hall, the oldest dance hall in Texas. Dinning at the Grist Mill or exclusive after hours access to Greune Outfitters the local fly shop for lodge guest only.
